Thank you for shopping with HelloBao. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed as soon as possible.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping within Singapore

We ship from Singapore. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-4 working days of purchase. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5. Orders of $100 and above ship free.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

International orders

We do not offer automatic international shipping yet. If you would like us to ship outside Singapore, please email hellobaosg@gmail.com with your address and the items you would like, and we will send you a shipping quote before you place your order.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email hellobaosg@gmail.com. We reply within 2-3 business days.
